I'm having trouble opening the pump, rotating it to the right hasn't worked. Could you tell me the correct way to do it. Thanks

Peter, top Thank you for your question. If you hold in place the middle ring (which is in between the top pump and the ring that screws on to the bottle), then twist the top pump to the right, the pump should pop up. I hope that helps. If you still need further assistance, please call us at 1-800-Amoretti. All the best,Valerie ReyesCustomer Service

Is this product vegan? What’s the full ingredient list?

Our Premium Buttersotch Syrup is vegan suitable. Ingredients as follows: CANE SUGAR, DEXTROSE, FRUCTOSE, WATER, NATURAL FLAVOR, CARAMEL COLOR. Thank you! Best, Valerie

I am diabetic. What ingredient(s) makes the syrup sweet?

The syrup has sucrose, dextrose, and fructose. Basically all monosaccharides, simple sugars. Total Carbohydrates 8g and Sugars 8g. 11/2 pumps is sweet enough on my taste for 6-8 fl. oz coffee.
