The Playbook: Suit Up, Score Chicks, Be Awesome

This book is brilliant, it is just so hilarious. I love 'How I met You Mother', especially Barney. The plays in this book are so fun to play around with. When my friends and I go out, we choose a play in the book to see if it would work in real life. Sad as it sounds the 'Ted Mosby' actually worked. We did change the play a bit. It said to were a tuxedo. We did not like that idea, we just dressed as if we just got broken up. And it worked. We were not shocked by this.

Fun little book that goes into some slight depth of some of the acts portrayed or referenced in the show

Then you will like this book.I cant really say anything about the contents without spoiling the fun of reading it, but as a big fan of How i meet your mother TV series i must say this book is great.You must be familiar with the series and of course the character Barney (Neil P. Harris) to understand the jokes in their full glory.I got the 2 books and i add a great time reading them, especially because it adds content to the character and all the references made to this fictional books in the series.

Pretty good overall but it's missing some from himym. Such as the Robin. And I wish it had a hard cover. The pages are really thin and the book doesn't open fully. But as I said overall its pretty good.

This book was a great addition to my attempts in picking up some chicks. I was so unhappy before picking up this book and when I began trying out some of the plays something in me changed. I became a man full of confidence and lust for my next partner. The Missing CatFigure out who's missing a cat. Go to the animal shelter and adopt a cat that looks like the missing feline. Bring it to her owner, who just happens to be a single girl.Why it would work: You saved her beloved pet! You're basically a superhero.

I read this on a trip from London to Paris and at times found myself cracking up so much that the people around me probably thought I was high. A great book if you need a pick me up. Barney is just AWESOME! The shipper also sent this pretty quick and without issue. A must have for your poker games or sunday football get togethers with your buddies...

Just as it was in How I Met Your Mother series, this book lists all strategies Barney did (and will do?) on the show.Too bad it doesn't contain the final page of the Playbook that was meant for Robin.

Ótimo livro, perfeito para quem gosta da série. Tem boa qualidade e retrata exatamente como vimos o mesmo livro na série.

Votre nouvelle bible, votre nouveau livre de chevet bref votre nouveau guide dans la vie... Bourré d'humour, de références à la série. Et surtout, toutes les techniques de drague que l'on peut voir tel que le plongeur... Magnifique, un chef d'oeuvre. A acheter les yeux fermés, en anglais !

Ho acquistato questo libro per puro collezionismo, in quanto sono un fan della serie. Si tratta del famoso "Play Book" di Barney Stinson, un punto di riferimento per il protagonista per le sue divertenti tattiche di rimorchio. Il libro è stato realizzato con un ottima fattura e cura nei dettagli, riporta tutte le pratiche del protagonista in chiave ironica. Inutile dirvi che leggerlo è stato uno spasso! Al suo interno potrete trovare la maniera più adatta a voi per conquistare le donzelle, proprio come il nostro Eroe ci ha insegnato. Io ho acquistato l'edizione in Inglese, ma potete tranquillamente trovare in libreria la ristampa in italiano.

Como todo buen fan de la serie sabe, The Playbook no está para coger polvo, sino para conseguir polvos. Por desgracia no te deja ponerle 7 estrellas de cinco, no puedo esperar a usar el "Ted Mosby", el "My Penis Grants Wishes" o el "Lorenzo Von Matterhorn" la semana que viene. Gran recomendación si te has visto la serie y si no, también, así te entran más ganas de ver cómo el genio Barney Stinson consigue las mujeres que los que no tenemos The Playbook no van a conseguir en su vida. Suit up. Score chicks. Be awesome.
