Made it worse. Kept using for two days in case it would get better but my condition worsend. Gone in the bit. Really surprised what all these good reviews are about.. may be everyone reacts differentl?

I bought all the painkiller cream for hemorrhoids in the world. But this one is magical, it doesn’t treat the hemorrhoids but it saves you when you cannot sit or sleep from strong pain. It takes the pain in around 10 min and it last for around 4 hours . So if you suffer from huge pain I recommend it to you .

I don’t usually leave a review unless the product is good . This cream heals me 💯. I have suffered for almost 9 months , swelling , pain, bleeding , itchiness and I’m at the end of my hope .. I have tried all the ointments and cream over the counter you name it and I have tried it. Even a home remedy sitz bath and cold compress relieved but swelling and pain will come back. Too much sitting and standing at my work aggravates the situation. Constipated or loose bowel movement is the same swelling and horrible pain. Imagine this ongoing for 9 months . I did not see gastro doctor because I’m terrified and ashamed. The bleeding 🩸 is always there everytime. And then I realized maybe it’s not only hemorrhoids but a fissure . I searched a lot and some people says they have both because the symptoms are the same. I then start researching for fissures ointment and this one has a good review than others. I bought it desperate to be pain free and healed and promised my self if things will be the same I need a doctor . Ordered and used it for ist day the pain was lessened and then doing it 3xaday with sitz bath . After a 3rd day the pain and swelling is no more !! Praise god !! Thank you Dr Butler cream you are a life saver !! I’m still using it for protection just in case but I will Keep it forever.. save me from seeing a doctor and believe me I have never recall the day that I was not in pain .. I diagnose myself after being desperate and I found the right one ☝️

I don’t write reviews lightly, but this product deserves one. I dealt with internal hemorrhoids on and off for nearly 30 years, starting in childhood. I tried everything over the decades — diet changes, fasting, fiber adjustments, herbal remedies, sitz baths, over-the-counter creams, suppositories, lifestyle modifications — you name it. Some things helped temporarily, most didn’t. Eventually I required surgery, which was complicated and difficult. I have permanent changes from that surgery, so I am very sensitive to even mild flare-ups. For the past 15 years, I’ve occasionally had minor swelling that usually resolved quickly. Recently, however, I experienced a flare that lasted over a week and felt alarmingly similar to my pre-surgery days. I tried standard Preparation H (suppositories), anti-inflammatories, and supplements — minimal improvement. Within minutes of using Doctor Butler’s ointment internally (as directed), the swelling sensation decreased noticeably. Not just numbness — actual reduction in pressure and discomfort. After about 48 hours of consistent use, I feel almost back to normal. For someone with a long and complicated history like mine, that’s saying a lot.
