Well I love it because when you are making vlogs it keeps the video or photo really really stable I would recommend it 100 pre cent

Was great when it was working, but panning was jolty
Was great initially, I had to return it because it seemed that one if the motors stopped working properly because when I was planning to the right, it would jolt and seem it was catching on something. You could feel and hear the vibration. It would fix it self over time and then return again moments later. Then it would pan to the right very slowly and become less responsive. Fingers crossed the second one is better. When it did work, it was great!

Better than the smooth 4
Still has problems with android but I use this with my iphone 12. Works perfectly. The shoulder bag comes with this package and is really worth having. Pay the extra to get this bag! The design and quality (even though plastic) is really well thought out. The smooth4 is so much bulkier.I think I prefer the standard clip on the smooth 4 though. The magnet setup on this is not effective. If you have a case on the Iphone 12 The magnetic clip does not stay on so your phone falls to the ground. The stick on one is permanent on your case so you get a cheap case for that. This means constantly changing cases or not having a case.I hope they realise this and change it.

Great piece of kit for someone trying videoing for the first time
Bought the Gimbal after seeing videos done on media sites and thought it would be better than just taking photos. It seems complicated at first but after a few attempts it gets easier, would recommend down loading the instructions first, the panoramic feature is brilliant

Not ideal for iPhone 12 Pro Max
Love the simplicity of the unit especially the quick magnetic mount so you can get the clamp on the phone way before going out to do some video work. When you ready you just open up the gimbal and pop on the phone. Don’t have to mess around trying to balance the phone when mounting. I do find that using the big heavy iPhone 12 Pro Max the gimbal does struggle to handle the weight. Still better than not having a gimbal and you learn the limitations and work around it.

Perfect gimbal, pouch could be better!
DJI have done a great job here. Gimbal is very easy to use and stability is amazing. Do not forget your magnetic clip at home as I did! Sling pouch is not that great. Metalic clips are noisy and if you get cought in rain I'm not entirely sure it will protect your gimbal as there are 2 holes on each side of zipper. But great product!

No good for catching moments
Watched tons of reviews. As a product it’s so well built. Top top quality design and build. But the user experience and the iOS software are bad. The software graphics are so small you can’t use the app without pressing the wrong buttons because you can’t read anything unless you are wearing plus 300 reading glasses! Also, the multi-use buttons takes more to learn than learning Japanese. Furthermore, it’s great for creating planned movies and it stabilises well, but for grabbing those amazing moments. Well you will miss loads of them I’m afraid because the fiddly controls will mean those moments will have long gone. Buy it. But don’t expect it to be like the ads.
