Most of tools not working properly
I’m honestly shocked. I bought this exact same manicure kit years ago and it was AMAZING. Best one I ever had. I used it for a long time and always recommended it to friends. So I was super excited to find it again and buy a new one. But this is just not the same. It looks the same on the outside, same packaging, same tools at first glance — but the quality? Totally different. Almost everything inside feels cheap now. I had to throw away like 70% of the tools. The nail clipper doesn’t cut — it kind of breaks the nail, like it’s chewing it. It leaves the edges messy and cracked. The cuticle nippers don’t even work. They don’t grab the skin properly, and when they do, they just don’t cut. It’s like the blades aren’t sharp at all. Totally useless. These are the two most important tools in the whole set and I couldn’t use either of them. That’s just really disappointing. What makes it worse is that I’ve used KISS New York products for years — top coats, oils, nail care stuff — and I’ve never had a bad experience until now. This kit used to be my favorite. I trusted it. Now I honestly don’t know what happened. Really hope the brand sees this and brings the original quality back.
