Can you put these in oven when making eclairs

i would think so. i used them for cookies at 180 deg and they did great. I have baked with them about 5 times now and they wash well and still are non stick in oven.

They’re made of silicone - hence the non-stick quality.

Does it fit in microwave and is high temperature 250c or f

The small 1 would probably fit in a microwave, but don't know if safe to do so. And I cook most things at between 160c and 200c and has been fine.
