So love these, they dissolve n taste very berry like which luckily i like so i just take one every day, i know so e ppl go mad on collagen powder, tabs, liquid, but number 1, i cant afford that n number two if by time\age u need these u aint sorted ur diet out, u need to ave a word wi urself really, lol. ur diet should be where you get most of ur nutrients from, these just put a lil glow on the top! I got em on here coz they are more expensive in holland n barrett. Great holder with a pop lid which was unbroken on arrival. Yeh love em.

I love these . I haven't noticed a difference yet only in my nails , they are stronger and longer usually always break. I take 2 marine collegen capsules every morning from a different brand aswell. Only been having them a few weeks . I have one on my break at work and my friend has started taking them too! They just taste like pop and I love the pink colour! Will definitely continue taking these .

I used this product for 7 months From September’19 to March ‘20 and my skin was smooth and glowing, my hair grew a quiet a bit as well In length and fullness. I had a youthful plump look to my face however not only my cheeks got plump. My bust grew from 34B to 32DD/34D as well which I didn’t mind very much :) but I did mind my belly getting bigger as well. I went up a dress size from 6-8 to 8-10 then I decided to stop as I didn’t know what was making me put weight on as I had not changed my diet much, however i wasn’t exercising much (Uni life and lockdown) . I loved the taste and it also gave me a great boost of energy especially on long study nights. however as someone who also has anxiety I noticed that I felt a more on edge when I took this. When I stopped stop taking it. IT took me 6 months to get back to my dress size but my mid section hasn’t, It has taken quite a while to lose the belly fat and I’m still not where I was pre taking the supplement My bust isn’t as full anymore but it’s still bigger than before the supplement. The skin around my thighs and arms is not a toned I’m a bit flabby and now have what looks like beginning of bingo wings :(. My hair fell off quite a bit when I stopped taking the tablets and I experienced thinning and I lost the glow I had on my face. I was under a lot of stress so I’m sure that contributed as well. I have a sensitive body so I’m sure that’s why I reacted the I did to the tablets. Aside from gaining weight and racing heart I enjoyed the other benefits but I will not be taking it anymore although I would recommend It to anyone who wants to give it a go and see how they respond to it.
