It's not overly acidic or too light; it's a classic, very consistent medium roast. Essential for work: In my house, we work early mornings/late nights, and we need a coffee that truly delivers and tastes good in large quantities. I buy these every two months- we love these. This is our go to coffee. Guests love them and they taste just as good as the fancy brands for good price. They are fresh, medium/dark roast, and steadily consistent in taste. Once you switch you won't go back!
