Awful taste
The tofu looks great in the beginning but it is very slippery. I was not able to cut it in half because it was so soft that it broke down into pieces. Not suitable for cooking as it is so soft that you will end up making a bhurji instead of raw tofu. On top of it, It tastes awful. My dog loves it though. I feed him this.

i dont know what might be the reason but the tofu inside the box was just like shredded pork and it was not fit for consumption. since the product was for free so i didnt bothered to complaint about it. poor product or becomes poor due to packing and all since second time it has happened.

Makes great desserts
I blend these with cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to make a chocolatey, high-protein dessert treat. It blends to a very smooth texture, somewhat similar to mousse. I sweeten with sucralose but you can use whatever you like. Or you can just put in blueberries, those work too. Very low fat. Also very low carbs - I totally love carbs but I also love the idea of a delicious dessert also being mainly a protein source. I wish there was a larger package and I also wish there was a more normal package that could be recycled. Still 5 stars because it's the basis for some of my best desserts.

Tofu is so good for you!
With this one you can throw it in whatever you are cooking and it tends not to fall apart as much as the softer ones. And if you just cut it up and throw some soy sauce, green onions and some kind of spicy stuff like kim chee on it, it makes a delicious and nutritious snack/meal. Love that it stays fresh in the box for so much longer than the plastic one in the water. Good stuff. A healthy staple for my family. Yay!
