Fits larger persons very well!
This vest is perfect ! The size "husky" will fit lots of tall/short folks who wear 3XL-5XL. I was able to adjust the sides out the biggest and shorten the length via the velcro shoulder patches. Then with it on, tighten it up (I'm shrinking--was 4XL but headed to 3XL and so on ... so..3.5XL? haha). Could not wait for a 2XL or XL from traditional retailers and I needed to be more organized on outdoor range expeditions (and the impending doom of... protesters...).The belt for me was not going to work, so I purchased a larger one elsewhere and was able to snap it in no problem. I like a looser fit there. If you're wearing it, looking down, the right-hand draw holster had no issue holding a full size Beretta 96 .40 or a SHIELD M&P 2.0 (not the C compact the normal 3-4" barrel) for testing purposes (it will not hold a larger 10mm Tangfolio Witness/Remington style 1911). Some tightening and repositioning and I felt confident walking with the M&P 2.0 in that holster just for storage while my drop-holster is full. I however use it [the holster on the vest] to hold a yellow Salt Supply Co gun (much lighter than a standard firearm). So still wearing, looking down, on the holster is room for one magazine. I keep a 13 round M&P .40 S&W mag here, no issue. Velcro slides back over secure, mag is snug but accessible and won't fall out while jogging or on the ground. Above that, still looking down, is a spot for 3 pistol mags--I run a Kel-Tec Sub 2000 chambered in (you guessed it) .40 cal, so I have 3 Glock 13 round mags there. Moving to the right, 8 12 ga shotgun rounds at the ready, which are mounted on a velcro-backed patch attached to a flap of a small pouch. The pouch can hold matches and chapstick and a box of 20 round hollow points with space left over. The patch with the 12ga rounds still fits nicely over with that pouch filled up. Down below that are 3 large magazine pouches, I keep 3 31 round glock mags here and they fit well. The cover flaps fit nicely. Cutting back hard left closer to your shoulder is a slim pouch , could be for a nice flashlight or a smaller pistol magazine. The tactical belt (the one that comes with it or a replacement) is firmly attached via Velcro and snap enclosures and of course extends what else you can keep on your person. The front zippers up nice and inside on the right is a zipper as the mesh creates a nice pouch--for ID, chewing gum, $20 bill etc.I suggest this as a good rig for anyone

Product is exactly as expected only 2 flaws.
I purchased this vest because it was the only vest I found that stated it would fit a large sized person and it does exactly that. When I got the vest I adjusted it all the way out put it on then I actually had to make it smaller. The section between the belt and the chest is a bit snug but it really depends on the shape of your body or where you consider your belt line is. One problem I had with this vest is the upper pistol mag holders cannot hold my KJW M9 mags but it makes up for it by having 3 pistol mag holders on the belt which can be moved anywhere on the belt since they are velcro'd on. The pistol mags on the belt and the one above the cross vest holster are large enough to hold my pistol mags so even though the top ones were disappointing the other 4 made up for them. As for the larger magazine slots I can put a 450 round M4 hi-cap airsoft magazine in no problem in all 4 slots. The only other problem I have with this vest is when I zip up the zipper on it it comes off at the top but it's nothing a little stitching can't fix. Right now I just make sure not to zip it up too far. I do wish it had less mesh on it but it's the only vest in this style I found after searching the internet for a few weeks that fits a Large person.Overall this is definately a nice vest and if you are a large sized person that meets the measurements stated in the item details buy this vest.

Finally a tac vest for people of "larger than average size"!
IT FITS!Finding a tactical vest for one of my "stature" has been difficult to say the least. I searched far and wide till I found this.I am 6'3" and well over 400ibs (Im a fat guy...don' judge...), so finding anything that works was a challenge.I am not trying to be "tacticool" at all. Given the current situation (world-wide pandemic...sociatal uncertanty...red lined food/supply chain...and other concerns, I felt it neccessary to have a rig in case I needed it to help protect me and mine...The mag pouches will hold two .308 magazinrs each, although quite tightly. I'm planning on one each. The pistol holster fits my carry gun quite well, and the pistol mag pouches are good.I have yet to decide what to do with the other pouches on the front. The belt extended well to fit my girth. The back has ample attachment points for packs, hydration, or whatever you decide to mount there. All in all, a very good but and well worth the price.Once I take it out loaded up and all, I will edit the review as neccessary.

I know nothing about tactical vests...
As the title says, I know nothing about this type of thing. My husband wanted one though and was looking for a long time for one that adjusted large enough for his big frame and shoulders. I found this brand that made a "husky" size and promptly ordered him one. I had to purchase it from a different website, as Amazon's vendor was out at the time. After receiving his, my husband wanted to purchase one for his brother for his birthday. I ordered this one for him. I am giving it 5 stars for prompt shipping, and because my husband seemed to like it enough to order the same one for someone else, but beyond that, I have no idea about what a tactical vest should be like, etc.

Good for the Husky Guy
I'm a 4XL guy and it just fits. It is adjust to the max. The belt can be let out some more. It fits my Beretta 9mm (the extra mags don't fit in the pouches just above the gun so I will have to add extra mag pouches on the belt as backup for the 9mm. The larger pouches on the right side fit both my AK and AR mags. They even fit my 9mm CAR mags (two to a pouch).
