I purchased this in June of 2021. I had to replace my other that lasted over 3 years. I was traveling and needed a hot spot for hotel. I used it for about a month, put it away safely and went to use it a the other day at my home as the Wifi was out for a few days. It doesn't even charge. I had researched the website for what may have happened and couldn't get any help. UPDATE: I have contacted Orbic directly and since Orbic has a a year warranty on this card (and I was told by the seller that I have to contact Orbic and didn't suggest anything else). They said that the warranty would not be honored since I purchased it through Amazon. Make sure the seller honors the warranty or you are out of luck.

I have no idea if this is actually any good for data, I got it to use with EFF RayHunter and in that regard this device works well

Wish I had found this sooner. I take it everywhere when I travel. Awesome product.

I was able to install some useful alternative software onto it without any issues. It says Verizon but seems to work fine with other carrier SIMs. Battery life sucks; might look into buying another battery to see if that helps. It might be better just to keep it plugged in, if that's doable for you.

So far cant get it to connect . 5 bars indicated strong signal but small red X on the vars and no 4 G . I drove to several to areas with know good signals no change. Tried updating with Usb c cable from desktop update failed .
