Some things that happen to it maybe the 1st day you get it.
Overall I loved the design of this trainer balisong. I put this on 3 stars because, 1st of all the knife paint came off 1st day of using it and the latch didn't even work no more. But I would buy this if i just started.

Broke the first day

Great for all ages!! Not sharp at all!
It is metal. Very durable. Not sharp. It's like a butter knife blade. All the boys all ages on the holidays want to play with this. My son is 13 yrs. And his brother 6yr. Kids all want one of these. They are very entertained by this. My son tries to teach them tricks. Hes good,but so happy it's a dull blade. I'm actually ordering another one now!!

Works well, not sharp!
This product is amazing. I just got it today so I can’t say how well it is in the long run, but it’s sturdy, and works well. The only thing that’s meh is that it squeaks a lot. Other then that great purchase! Would recommend

I bought this for my 13 year old. It’s not plastic. It does feel like the real thing, just doesn’t have a blade

Was practicing aerial tricks on the second day. Dropped quite a number of time, eventually one of the safe handle screw’s threads stripped and unable to secure tightly. Subsequently, the screw lost and it is unplayable.
