***Update: literally the day after I wrote this glowing review, the pills “stopped working” for me. I have no idea why and it should be noted that it might not be the pills fault at all. I’m super bummed out because I’m back to feeling constipated, bloated and ‘blah’ feeling. It’s still worth trying though. I think I just have issues that need to be figured out. I’ve been taking these for almost 3 weeks now, and I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my digestive health. For starters; I’m glad that they aren’t advertised at “fat burners” or “diet pills” because they ARE NOT THAT. If you look at the ingredients it’s all natural stuff. This will NOT make skinny, it’s not suppose to. This helps with digestive issues. I’ve been having chronic constipation issues for the last year. I have no idea why it started. I’ve changed my diet, I workout, drink lots of water. Ive taken fiber supplements and that gross Metamucil powder. NOTHING was helping. I constantly felt bloated, weighted down and just… blah. Not good. I tried this randomly, and after about 3 days I started becoming “regular”. It’s now been 3 weeks and I am SUPER regular again, like… every single day, like clock work. I can’t believe it. My stomach is definitely less bloated, and I just feel better. I’m going to try HUMs other vitamins and I’ve signed up for their monthly subscription. Everyone is different. But this worked for me and I’m really excited about it. I say, try it for a month. It could make a huge difference in your life too.

It does helps me with toilet issues but I don’t lose any weight that’s sad 😢 But I am a person who hardly lost weight so good luck

This works! I am on week three of taking Flatter Me. Like many of the other reviews I have tried many things for my bloating to include seeing doctors. If I eat, I bloat. I usually look 6-8 months pregnant after any meal. My baby is 25 years old. This has significantly reduced that issue. It hasn’t totally fixed it, but I feel and see big relief (75% better). This was coupled with Gut Instinct and a 16/8 intermittent fast (16 hours fasting and 8 hours of eating). I did not restrict what I ate, but generally try to keep it low carb. I have experienced no weight loss. My stomach is like iron and I did not experience any of the cramps and bathroom issues that others have described. Once I find something that will help me produce more waste in the bathroom, I think I will have finally found the winning combination for a flat stomach. I definitely recommend.

This product gave me some very unpleasant side effects! The first time I took these, I did not notice any difference, but the package said that it could take some time to work. I continued to take them before each meal. During the week I don't eat red meat at all, but on the weekends I may eat steak with my husband. I took the supplement before the high-protein steak dinner one night. I have not had so much stomach upset since I got Montezuma's revenge while vacationing one year. I know it was not the food since my husband suffered no ill effects at all. Being a research type of person, I decided not to take the supplement all week and then stupidly decided to take it again before the steak dinner. I wanted to know if the supplement caused the issues the week prior. This time the reaction was even worse. I spent the rest of the evening regretting my decision to try again. Needless to say, digestive enzymes are not for me! I spoke with my doctor and she informed me that digestive enzymes can hinder the bodies breakdown of fat and cause you to gain weight over time. While weight loss was not my goal, gaining weight certainly was not a goal! She told me digestive enzymes stop the large intestines from absorbing water thus helping some individuals not feel so bloated. Any weight loss is water loss, and temporary. I would not purchase it again and would caution others to be careful. My doctor told me that digestive enzymes can hinder the absorption of some medications, so taking enzymes that the body naturally produces is better left to individuals with diagnosed conditions requiring extra help.

I love this product. I have searched high and low to find a pre/probiotic because I am prone to very uncomfortable bloating (sorry, TMI). This product works so well that I take it once a day in the morning and if, during the day, I am feeling uncomfortable, I take another and it resolves the issues within an hour or two. The capsules are not too large and very easy to swallow. If you have any GI issues, I'd definitely recommend trying HUM Flatter Me. (Even the name is great.)

Works miracles. It is the best debloater and digestive solution. I have being purchasing for some time already and cant be without it. My tummy feels great and I will for sure keep purchasing.

It truly prevents bloating, it works way better than other enzyme pills that I have tried. I just wish it was less expensive.
