Wonderful!
Found a very detailed instructional video on YT, covering setup and adjustment. Bought the Rockler set up jig as a STARTING point. Both are very helpful. (The Rockler jig is not an exact fit for the Whiteside bit, perhaps it's strictly for their bit)Love the Whiteside bit, period. I found the results worth the time and effort it takes to do the PROPER setup. One other note, unlike another reviewer who posted 3 stars, this works great in BB plywood. You must use the same plywood to do your setup, as it's a different thickness than 1/2" or 3/4" stock. Once you have it dialed in, make your own set up jig and save it. Instant reinstallation for the next time.

It was picky to get set right the first time
It works great once you get it setup. I could have used a guide or instructions, but I finally figured it ou after cutting lots of scrap wood.First time set up was about thirty minutes. I used it today and had it set correctly in under two minutes. As far as how it cuts, it's a Whiteside, that's all you need to know. they are top notch.

A beauty and a beast
This bit is a beast due to size and inertia, but the results are amazing. It is a table bit only. It is far too dangerous to Freehand. Even on a table there's drama. You will need a tall fence because one piece is cut flat and the other on edge. And yes it takes some time to setup. The direction may look spartan but you have everything you need to dial it in.

Great tool once you leran the setup.
This tool takes a lot of trail and error to get set up but then it worked great. Didn't work on so great on hickory because hickory is so hard and brittle. Worked great on white and red oak and cherry. The set-up tool they sent was worthless. Watch a video from Wood Workers Guild of America and your setup time will be cut in half. Make sure that the wood you use to do the setup is exactly the same thickness of your final pieces. And the pieces are straight. Any curve in the piece with leave a gap at the corner.

The easiest way to make a drawer from plywood
Fiddly until you have it dialed in. Then quickly produces very nice, square, secure joints, suitable for plywood drawers. Produces a nice mitre edge. Requires a robust router table and a reliable, vertical fence. Prepare for lots of dust.

router bit
worked well and easy to adjust to wood thickness. Good value

If you do a lot of miters worth it.
Really prefer this compared to the 45° bit I was using. No joke, this thing takes some time setting up but worth it once it is. I honestly want a dedicated router table with this bit in it so I never have to setup again. I even have that jig from infinity tools but still...

Works as advertised.
It took some fiddling, but it finally made the joints perfectly. May become my favorite way to make rectangular boxes!
