Hi, I got the item. There are some scratches on it. I wonder if this is new? Also, how long it will take for the fridge to cool? Seems like it's not properly working. So disappointed. I was happy that I got the item on the same day yet it is not working?! What shall I do with your defective item????? ------ Update! Thanks Amazon for taking action right away. The seller has managed to request the manufacturer to replace the defective unit. So far so good. Thanks Nikai staff! ๐

Defrost Feature Does Not Work
The feature of defrost is not working. After my purchase post 1 week ice started to accumulate in the freezer section and if any item touches the wall of the fridge then at that area ice also starts to appear. Not recommended to buy.
