I have not used the product but have given 5 stars because I returned the product and got refunded immediately. I returned because I did not pay attention to the compatibility before purchasing the product. I got it for my Samsung S20 ultra but the product was not compatible. So in general I know that UGREEN products are of good quality and they always mention maximum details in the description about the products they selling. Just make sure you check the compatibility for the products you going to use for.

A defective product was delivered. Due to some emergency I was unable to check it right away if it works or not. Clearly it does not and when I requested for replacement. I was told I have missed the window for replacement or return and was refused a refund as well. Its such a shame that being a genuine loyal customer has no benefit. It is a genuine defective product that they can collect and check. It does not work. Amazon needs to be more flexible with their loyal customers.

This is nice headphone adapter.

Newer Samsung devices needs DAC module built in . So doesn’t work with these. Had to return Otherwise product quality is good from this brand. Giving 3 stars because it is not seller fault as it was mentioned in the description that Samsung devices aren’t supported and I missed to read it.

The adaptor has a very Good build quality works well with the phones that are without the 3.5mm audio Jack. (Although beware that it wont work with Note 10 due to Samsungs Proprietry setup ) I initially experianced some issues with the adaptor but the seller has a very robust customer service and they resolved the problem immdiately. Would definetly recomend 10/10.

To keep it short, I haven't tested with other brands but it failed to work as adapter for my 3.5mm jack earphone it says " contected device not supported" in settings yes I tried with different earphones same results. In conclusion, just buy the samsong official adapter ot get a type-c earphones.
