Cool setting is weak
Airflow is very weak on the cool setting so cannot be used for effective drying. Otherwise it works so far

it isnt as strong as I would like it to be, but the price does tell you that. the good thing is that it is compact, light in weight. this is ok for short hair, but if you have long and thick hair, forget about this particular blow-dryer.
