Gave me allergy on my arms and neck that looked like jock itch. I thought its because of the changing of the weather but right after i stopped this supplement, the itchiness gone down and the bumps are disappearing little by little. Just went to my bin.

if you're allergic to nuts and seafood you might be low on zinc
This is the third bottle I have bought of this Jarrod brand zinc. I am allergic to seafood and nuts and was beginning to experience some symptoms including hair loss, skin rashes, slow wound healing and fatigue. I had actually attributed that to perimenopause. Lucky for me my sister is a nurse and said you may want to get your zinc levels checked because I know you don't eat any seafood or nuts so when I went to the doctor I did and she was correct. I began taking this zinc and within one week and I'm not exaggerating I felt like a new person. I research the zinc methionine and found that it was an immune booster as well. Also I found myself getting very drowsy and sleeping throughout the night so this zinc is 100% a win-win for me. I know there are a lot of people out there that are allergic to nuts and seafood and if it had not been for my sister I would have continued to feel terrible. This is a great brand and I'm not experiencing any side effects nausea or weird aftertaste. I take it halfway through a meal at night and I have zero issues with it. I highly recommend this particular zinc. I will continue to buy it.
