How many mg of elemental zinc is in this supplement?

Zinc 15mg and Copper 1mg. You should take 1mg of Copper for every 15mg of Zinc and this is the only brand I've been able to find the perfect amount of each.

What is the expiration date of this if I buy 4 of them this week?

John, I can not see the expiration date on my bottle, however I did use them all and know they are still working for me. The web address is www.Jarrow.com if you want to e mail them and ask! I am in my 70's and Zinc is very important to all of us.This is been one of the easiest for me to take because my stomach is so sensitive and also my 50 yr. old twins. I hope that helps.

Can these be cut in half?

They are very small capsules with a powder inside. If you had a sensitive scale you would be able to measure to determine a half amount.

Not for everyone

Gave me allergy on my arms and neck that looked like jock itch. I thought its because of the changing of the weather but right after i stopped this supplement, the itchiness gone down and the bumps are disappearing little by little. Just went to my bin.
