More robust than expected. These are made out of some sort of metal. For the price I was expecting some flimsy plastic but was pleasantly surprised when I opened.

Small, strong, grips very well, pleased with these clips - good purchase. Clamped onto the seam between fabric panels, I used these to secure the fabric onto a 10’ folding umbrella frame.
