For the price, this is a great vacuum. Wishlist for improvement: * I wish the cord winding bracket was permanently connected to the main vacuum. It keeps falling off. * I wish the floor head was wider (to take fewer strokes to vacuum a room) * I wish the vacuum were quieter. * I wish the cord were longer * I wish the cord had a UAE plug instead of a USA plug. What I like: * It's bagless * It's lightweight * The filtration works well; it traps what it sucks.

I bought this product twice from this store. The first one broke down and stopped working after a year. I thought it was my fault, so I bought a second one. And guess what, the second one also broke down after only a year. Now I want to contact the seller but I can't get through to him. Very bad experience. I feel helpless.

The suction power is good. But handling is bit heavy due to its design. The extensions are extremely plasticky - feels and sounds like it. No parts have broken yet ! The dust capsule is a nice idea and easy to detach and dipose when full. Overall it is a value for money product.
