I’ve been looking for a sturdy, commercial-grade juicer, and this one definitely delivers on power and efficiency, provided you use it for its intended purpose. After testing it thoroughly, here is what you need to know: The Performance: This machine is a beast when it comes to citrus (lemons, oranges, grapefruits) and pomegranates. It extracts every single drop of juice with very little effort compared to handheld squeezers. The cast iron build makes it feel incredibly stable while pressing. Important Limitation: It’s important to note that this is specifically designed for citrus-type fruits. I tried using it with other types of fruits, and it simply isn't functional for those. Save yourself the trouble and stick to oranges, lemons, and pomegranates—for those, it’s 10/10. Safety Tip (Handle with Care!): One thing to watch out for is the lever mechanism. When you are moving the juicer or storing it, always keep the handle in the down position. If it swings freely while you’re carrying it, it can easily catch your finger or hand, which could lead to a nasty cut or bruise. Pros: * Extremely durable cast iron construction. * High juice yield for pomegranates and citrus. * Easy to clean the removable parts. Cons: * Not versatile for non-citrus fruits. * The lever can be a safety hazard if not handled properly while moving it. Sturdy, strong and does exactly what it's supposed to do! Fast way to make your own juice at home and easy clean up. Highly recommend!

If you juice your own citrus fruit, this is the best tool you can own. We have owned several machines, electrical, to juice our own fruit. Nothing we have owned holds a candle to this manual machine. It is easy to set up, like putting it where you can use it the easiest. It is heavy; check the specks. But this machine stays in place. Clean up is SOOOO easy. It has a great finish on it. We rinse and dry it each time, right away. One small potential problem is the underside. It does not have the good heavy-duty finish, like the top side. So if it's left wet, it will rust. We spray it with Pam Spray or veggie oil. The price can't be beat. We got rid of our other juicer appliances. This is all we use now. Here in sunny California, we sure have citrus. Fresh OJ every morning. It's so quick to juice a big glass. The great part is no electric noise. It can do our small limes, medium lemons, and large oranges. No fiddling.

I bought this juicer to extract pomegranate juice. It’s very heavy duty and well-made. I placed the juicer on the counter and then placed half of a pomegranate on it. When I pressed down, because it took a lot of pressure, the juicer tipped over. I tried holding it in place, but it just didn’t work. The next thing I tried was placing it on the kitchen floor. I had a lot more leverage and was able to push down hard enough to juice the pomegranate. One thing I did notice, is that the larger pomegranates are more difficult to juice. In this case, the smaller ones are the best. It does make a bit of a mess, so next time I’m going to place a towel on the ground before starting the juicing process. I didn’t try citrus, but I think that would be no problem on the counter. All in all, I am happy with this product. It just took a little bit of figuring out to make it work. Can’t wait to make some pomegranate jelly.

I love this device. I have used it for a long time and have squeezed hundreds of oranges, mandarins and lemons, and a few pomegranates. Excellent unit and it produces healthy, delicious juices. Once you start drinking the orange juice you squeeze with this device, you will not drink the store bought packaged orange juice again - there is no comparison. Easy to clean and use.

First I love the orange color it's so bright and pretty and citrusy.I was doing lemons with this.I couldn't wait to to do my lemons with this.It was so easy and it got every drop of juice out of my lemons.I love it highly recommend

I had the good fortune of buying this before the price went up. It was a “splurge” impulse buy I made after having a few “Crush” drinks (recipe is below) while on vacation in Maryland. It’s practically their state drink and can ONLY be made with fresh squeezed juice. The drinks are $12-14 depending where you you are or where you go (I was in Deale, MD) so I figured after buying this and the drink ingredients my “break even” was 7 homemade Crushes. I had it delivered to the house and planned to bring it home. This thing absolutely does the trick: the fruit is practically pulverized, with no juice left at all. It’s great to use if you’re making several drink over the course of a afternoon or evening. I’ve used it for oranges, pineapple, lemons, limes, and even smaller grapefruits. If I could do half stars, I would and give 4.5 stars only because it’s a little small for grapefruit. Also, clean up is a bit of a pain, so I don’t use this if I’m making one drink. The strainer part can be a little tough to get apart and pulp does clog it after every few uses. Also, don’t forget to wipe/clean under the dome and on the stand and handle as these get sticky with use. I would also give 4.5 starts because after the price increase I don’t think it’s as worth it. My price was upper 50s, much better than the mid 70s it is now. That all said, if you host parties or make things that require a lot of fresh juice, this thing is the bomb. I liked it so much that, after making too many “Crush” drinks, I bought another to leave at the place I stay so I’d have it there the next time. Crush Drink Recipe: Juice from 1 orange, grapefruit, etc. 2 oz vodka 1 oz triple sec Combine in pint glass with ice. Pour back and forth between pint glass and the juice cup from the press. Don’t break up the ice cubes, just get the drink good and cold. Pour everything into a pint glass and top with 7-up or Sprite, giving a little stir to combine.

Good quality juicer made strong and sturdy but not to heavy. Was a little tough to use at first but after a little grease it works perfect. Ask the for contract surfaces are easy to clean.

Looks great in a kitchen. Works wonderfully on citrus, with a bit more effort you can squeeze pomegranate too. Easy to clean.

The sticky feet that come with are the best part. Not actually, the best part is that this thing takes every last drop of liquid out of citrus. I love it.

I tried few but this one for me it's excellent I used few times i enjoy using it highly recommended.

Works like a charm, this is from six lemons and I’m impressed! So much better than squeezing by hand and doesn’t hurt your hand.
