I was very disappointed with this package of Voss sparkling.. it can not be returned nor replaced . I had requested the still water but instead I got sparking and the sad part is that there is no fizz in bottle . I have requested for a replacement but no answer .. though I love Voss still and get it monthly by ordering as it is not available in save and subscribe.

Flat out flat - where's my sparkle?
Not sparkling. Flat. This is a premium product that commands a high price when really, it's just water. You're basically paying for the fancy bottle. I get that. But given it's premium sparkling water, I expected some sparkle. But nope. Flat, plain old water. I'm guessing old stock, poor quality seal. You're better off getting much cheaper cans, and a fancy refillable drink bottle.
