A must have for laser engraving
This may seem pricey but is a must have if you engrave on glasses with a laser tool. Easy to use. Sprays on evenly and you only need a little as coverage is amazing. Washes off without an issue with water . I've used on glasses and metal water bottles as well.

Small, expensive... BUT does work.
Ok. So all the reviews I read were either "Great, exactly what I needed" OR "Stay away its no good!" There wasn't a middle ground OR anyone with actual pictures of these "works great" results. So to be clear, this product is to be used with engraving lasers it doesn't matter the brand or the wattage. Its primarily designed for metal but I used it on polyethylene water jugs. When you try to engrave resin or plastic most lasers just turn the surface white. I wanted the design to show up black on the surface of the jug so I bought this spray. When it arrived I though I got the wrong product because the aerosol can was small and only a couple of ounces, I'm sorry to say but the pictures make it look like you're getting an average sized aerosol spray can. I applied the spray to the water jug following the instructions. The spray is an opaque grey and takes about 20 - 30 seconds to dry. Every time I applied it, it only took a single pass to provide full coverage on the hobby surface. Basically it takes very little of the product to prep your product for engraving/marking. Once I worked out the exposure setting for my laser (atomstack x7 pro) these are the results I got. So I would say, it "works great", it does, its VERY expensive per ounce (hence the 3 stars on value) but it DOES do what its supposed to do.

Great results, steep price
This works great every time. The only drawback is the price per can. I wish there was a more affordable option available.

CerMark Marking Spray
Works as described. Great for stemware.

Junk
Nozzle clogged within about 3 seconds of use. Once I cleared that it and did a grid test, it just peeled off of the surface in flakes as the lazer burned it. Leaving little to no markings behind. It is low quality.

Works On Some Metal But Not Worth The Price
On some stainless steel necklace tags, it works great, but on others (specifically colored ones), it doesn't work at all. I feel like it's a little overpriced, especially for how much you get. 2 ounces is about the size of a travel-size bottle of hair spray.
