If you shed hair all the time, these are a game change. I heard someone say this helped with hair shedding and as someone who sheds year round I figured why not give it a try? omg most awesome bladder pills I ever used. I have try so many but I just these yesterday I couldn’t believe change I not going to loo as much used to. So if you problem always going to bathroom. Too early to tell if they are effective. Definitely drink water when you take them. Capsules are not small. No digestive problems after consuming, so far.

This grounding mat helped me so much I just ordered it a second time. I've had two back surgeries that were 2 years apart 2020 -2022 on the second surgery my back was fused. With my first surgery (only two dics were repaired) I ordered this b/c I needed better sleep and also see if it'd help with the inflamation and the restless legs syndrome ...well to say the least it did!! And I truly believe it helped me to heal faster b/c of feeling more grounded and rested. I also used my first ordered pad from this company after my second surgery when I got home from hospital, even tho this surgery was more intense I feel that I healed faster even from that one. I had scoliosis, I was almost 70 yrs old with 1st surgery and with 2nd surgery close to 72. I can truly say this pad with the grounding definitely helped me, b/c night's I forgot to plug it in I felt it the next day. I just recieved this second one and have to say, the mat feels thinner and looks thinner, it was definitely heavier and had a felt like back that helped it to stay in place and the quality doesn't look the same. When the old matt seemed not to be functioning correctly( about 1.5 yrs) I did ordered one from a different company and I do like it better, but paid more for it. I did order this one for a back up, but I don't believe I'll reorder it again b/c of the quality drop. A really disappointment.
