Is the chocolate processed with alkali to make it Dutch?

According to the ingredients list is does not contain dutched chocolate- it contains cocoa powder. I know about the alkali processing, so that is important to me. I also add Hershey's Coca, Natural Unsweetened, to my smoothies. It enhances the chocolate flavor. As an alternative, you can buy the vanilla toffee flavor and add the Hershey's to that. I did a lot of research on pea protein powders and this brand, I think, is the best due to its natural ingredients.
