Magic in a bottle
I have been struggling with severe stress and anxiety for a while now and have always hated pharmaceuticals. I have also known about this herb for years and have always put off buying it. Ordered 8/2/26 and it came the following morning. I started it that same morning and after a few hrs believe it or not I could tell the difference. I took one in the night and slept the best I have in a very long time. It’s been only a few days and I am able to remain calm and my anxiety is way less. I truly believe if you are struggling very bad you will see immediate results. I plan on staying on it. Prefer the holistic way any day over prescriptions with too much side effects. I’m in a better mood and feel relaxed throughout the day. This is a win!

Worth the purchase
DONT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU HAVE PRE EXISTING CORTISOL/ANXIETY ISSUES I have super bad cortisol spikes, more often than not unfortunately. Within 4 days of taking the supplement I feel much more calm in situations I would usually not be so calm in, don’t take on an empty stomach as it could make you feel uneasy, but this is the only supplement/medication I take at all and so far it’s been working nicely. It takes 4-8 weeks to have effects but if you have super high cortisol/anxiety you could feel the effects sooner as I did.

I appreciate the vegan capsule and the clear labeling with suggested use. I can’t speak to long-term results from a supplement in a short window, but I had no issues with tolerance when taking it as directed. If you are sensitive to supplements, it’s still worth starting slow and paying attention to how you feel. Pros: easy-to-swallow capsules, clean packaging, straightforward directions Cons: premium price for some budgets, results vary person to person This picture is of their 180 count but is still the same good quality. I have tried many different Ashwagandha's in the past.
