YOU HAVE TO PUT THIS ON AND OFF FROM THE BOTTOM, not over your head like a normal shirt. If you try to put these on over your head it will not work! They are supposed to fit very tight! That's literally the entire point of them. They do fit true to size. They are not miracle workers but they do help tighten up your stomach and love handles.They are also very long so they will fit well below your waist line of your pants. They conceal under T-shirts.If you want to appear slightly thinner, these will help. But they can be slightly uncomfortable to wear (I get used to them, its not a big deal to me), and they are difficult to take on and off, especially if your arms and shoulders are not very flexible.

I have the tank tops and short sleeve version. Both styles work extremely well and are decently comfortable. Very durable and hold position very well.

I should've gotten 1 size larger. The XL is too short for my liking but will work if you are mainly upright without bending over.

The media could not be loaded.  This runs very small and tight.. deceiving based in just the tag size. I'm usually a large in all my shirts. Barely anything larger and if so an XL. This item runs very small . I'm 5'11 and weight about 212 pounds. I hope this helps others struggling with which size to pick. I'd go with a XL next time.

Once you get through the nightmare of putting it on like a dress (feet first then pull it up to where it goes) it's very comfortable sometimes I forget I'm wearing the undershirt. Taking it off is also a nightmare though, if you're too forceful it will tear

I picked these up to try out the whole "body sculpting" thing. Not sure what they were trying to sculpt here.First - regardless of what they state, order in the size you CURRENTLY wear. For me, that is XL. Trust me. Even with this advice it was trying to squeeze the can of SPAM back into the can. I felt it snugly against myself, however there was little to no change in appearance. In fact, put a couple tennis balls inside of a tube sock and that is close to what you have here. 100% NOT as advertised and it doesn't shape you in any way. IF the point is to order a size below (or as they recommend) I would have no idea what lengths you would have to go through or what heavy machinery you need to just put this on. As it was, I considered calling emergency services for the jaws of life to get me out of the XL size. I would assume a smaller one I would just have to wait for my body to absorb and hope that it will be dissolved by my white blood cells in due time.HIGHLY recommend to avoid this and other shaping products of this ilk. They are just a money grab.PS - Ladies, you have earned another level of respect from me and your use of these type of products... I will be adding these garments, from both genders, into the "mid-evil torturing device" category.

It's does what it's supposed to. I got the 3xl. I'm 6'4" and 270 and it makes ya look and feel good. It is hard to get on and off. Takes quite a bit of effort but worth it. It's longer and ticks into your waiste and doesn't roll up either

I am 6ft 210 lbs. I usually wear XL shirts and I am glad I order XXL. They fit perfect. Hope they last.
