Love every aspect of this and it has helped expand out the limited amount of ports I have on my laptop. My laptop also charges through the USB C port and this allows power to pass through to my laptop while also providing a spare USB C port for me to utilize.The one aspect that is a bit of a letdown but not a surprise is the slight limitation on the HDMI ports.If you run a single HDMI connection out of the port resolution seems to not be an issue. I am currently running on 34 inch ultra widescreen monitors with a resolution of 3440 x 1440. However if you plug into both HDMI ports at the same time the second monitor is capped out at 1920 x 1080 resolution. With only one connection it does not matter which port you use to get the better resolution so the limitation appears to be not dependent on the port but the capacity output overall.This is not really an issue as I personally have another HDMI port that I can use to leverage the full resolution of my two monitors but if you are looking to leverage this to get an additional monitor and are hoping for a higher than 1920x1080 resolution on all monitors you will be sorely disappointed.

I was actually buying this for a friend, but when it arrived, I was amazed at how light and compact it was, and decided to keep it for myself. This is replacing the huge, heavy brick-sized docking station I was using previously. It takes up less desk space, is so much lighter and easier to maneuver, and has so many ports. I really need every inch of desk space for my dual laptop configuration, so the small footprint was important. Two HDMI ports for my dual monitors were also important. I have the docking station plugged into a KVM switch, and it's working beautifully. I've tried it with two different laptops: HP Pavilion and ASUS 2-in-1 touchscreen. It works great with dual monitors or laptop screen + single monitor. My wireless keyboard/mouse combo are working fine with no lag.

I bought this for a work at home job! Used it twice and it broke during an important work call. I might lose my job now. All three usb ports quit working! Stay away if it is for work!!!!

I just purchased one of the new Mac Mini desktops with the new M1 chip and suddenly I had a problem getting my dual monitor setup to work for me, I also had a lot less i/o ports to work with, only 2 USB ports, 2 thunderbolt/USB C ports, one HDMI and that's about it. Very limiting. Enter the Jagrom USB C docking station, I was easily able to add an additional monitor (one using the Mac's HDMI port, the other using the Jagrom HDMI port running through the Thunderbolt port). Works perfectliy, doesn't need an external power source, maybe has a few ports I'll never use, but I'm a happy camper. If you want even more USB ports, get an additional USB hub, it works beautifully plugged into the Jagrom hub.

I purchased this to use with my 2022 Macbook Air M2. HDMI port works. USB-A ports work. Headphone jack does not work. I have to use the one in the MacBook itself. That was all okay. But the biggest problem is the SD card reader. Every time I insert an SD card from my camera to import images, the whole hub disconnects and reconnects randomly. I can see that because my external monitor goes blank for a few seconds and then there will be messages saying the disks (sd card and my other external drive plugged into the hub) were improperly ejected. I cannot get through an import without this happening. Past the return date and past the product support date. So I have to buy something else.
