If you want to get away from using alot of soap, whether liquid or bar. Using these awesome sponges will cut down the amount yoou need to use. Rinse out well, squeezing water out, pop into convenient mesh bag to hang to dry. Scrubbing with this sponge is fabulous. Enjoy! Just the right size

Excellent choice! I have used live sponges in the past and this has a good quality! Very soft and the mesh bag that comes with it is a very good idea to help keep the sponge air out and protect.

This is an awful sponge. It's full of holes, as in my fingers poke through it all over. On top of that it's falling apart. I've only been using it maybe a month and every day more small pieces of it fall off, and trying to wash myself with the sponge in the shower is difficult because I can't keep enough of the sponge on me. It's awful. Thing is I've ordered these before, nicest sponges ever, but not this one. I'm on here right now looking for another sponge. Eesh.

This makes for the best bedtime bath EVER. It fills with water and creats waterfalls down my back like a therapeutic massage. I sleep like a baby. I wasted money on two others that fell apart right away. This one is good. I will buy again.

I ordered the large and I like the size. I use it when showering. One application of soap and it does the job. I think it will last a long time, seems like a good quality sponge. Only drawback is that it is not real soft. I’ve had sponges before and they do soften up after awhile. Because of the roughness it is exfoliating but not damaging to my skin which is sensitive. My skin is really soft after use as it seems to even out the texture. I even use it on my face with good results. I am glad I purchased it. I do think a smaller slice might dry out quicker which I think is important between uses. I may just cut this one in half to expedite drying time.

Sponge lathers well but it’s already falling apart. I haven’t had that long. It was a good size to use and was packaged well. I think it’s overpriced for the quality.

After years of using nylon mesh scrubbers with shower gel, a friend turned me onto using sea sponge material instead. This is my first one and it turns out to be a good decision. Small quantities of gel foam up nicely on this sponge and, as promised in the instructions, while it is dry and stiff when it arrives, as soon as it is saturated it becomes soft and pliable. It is less abrasive than my old nylon mesh but still has enough texture to lightly exfoliate as you wash.

Genuinely means extra large, a bit big for my large woman's hands but much better than smaller bits from elsewhere that are undersized. It is nice and soft and makes a small amount of shower gel go a long way. The substitution of a mesh bag to hang it in to ventilate rather than a rope is a good idea too

This sponge is big as described! Happy with the product. My previous sponge was “sea wool” grade so my only critique is that I would have liked it being a little softer.
