Easy to Sit.
I have arthritis of my hip joint and with this bench I can sit comfortably for about an hour at a time for meditation.

Portable but durable kneeling bench
The media could not be loaded. Good quality and stability. It’s a good size for me as a 5’3” (135 lb) woman. My husband who is 6’ is too big for it. But the meditation pillows that Florensi sells are a great option for him to use instead. Both the foldable Bench and the pillows are easy to carry with us.

Great for Longer Meditation Sessions
I bought this for a 10-day Vipassana silent meditation retreat in 2023 and it was the best decision I made. It takes a while to get used to but it made my 1-2 hour continuous sitting sessions much more bearable. I did experience pain (as expected) but not numbness, which I was trying to avoid. Also love that it's foldable and easy to store. I did minus one star, however, because the cushion was too thin for longer sits. It would slip and slide, and I would have to adjust it once in a while. The legs can also get a little "wobbly" if not positioned properly. Would be nice if there was some kind of locking mechanismOverall, I would recommend the Florensi meditation bench over a regular cushion/pillow, especially for longer meditation sessions.

Perfect for me, but others might have problems
This stool is a perfect fit for me. I'm 5'7", 150 lbs, and limber. If you're taller or heavier or have knee problems, you should probably look for a different stool. This one is so low to the ground I can't even use it with my shoes on, but with shoes off, it's good.I personally like it, but check the product dimensions against your body type.

Wonderful product
I was not aware of the mediation bench. I went to NCVC for a 10-day meditation, and I found and used this accessory. On returning from the retreat, I searched for this product online on Amazon. The first piece I received was shaky, so I contacted customer service, and they sent a replacement after a couple of emails. Excellent product and outstanding customer service. Benefits: My back is straight, and I can meditate longer than I used to. If you meditate kneeling, it is a must-accessory.

Introduction to Meditation
I don't recommend this but it might work for you if you're planning to travel with it a lot or using this as a back up or an introduction to taking meditation more seriously. I would recommend something more cushion and higher quality at the $50+ range. This worked for me as an introduction but the quality could have been better. The cushion doesn't perfectly align on the top and I don't travel with it, so the case was kinda pointless. I'm ready to sell it.The plushiness is gone in the seat. The cushion is now kinda flat and won't rise where my bottom sits after a year's worth of sitting. I can only tolerate it for about 30 mins before it gets very uncomfortable. I normally like to go an hour in the morning.

Works
I'm 5'8" 140 pounds, 75 years old. This bench works well for me. I put two 1" x 4" strips of self adhesive velcro between the cushion and bench. This keeps the cushion from sliding off the front. Double stick tape would probably work just as well. It doesn't stick to the cushion cloth very well, but just enough to prevent sliding. The 5 degree angle seems just right.I sit cross-legged with my back just touching a wall and a ~2 inch cushion in front of the bench under my feet.
