Contrary to most of the negative reviews here, I had a great experience with Super General's service team. I e-mailed them regarding the free installation and got a reply within an hour. Got my appointment after giving them my order details, mobile and address; and installers arrived the very next day. They were a team of 2 and were efficient AF. They opened the box, removed the transport bolts (read the owner's manual guys, it's mentioned four times!), fixed the water supply and drain hose, plugged it in and turned the machine on. They explained the cycles and started the fastest one (you're supposed to do one round of cycle with an empty drum before loading clothes for the first time). They even took the empty box to trash it out. All done in 5 minutes. Honestly, I'm delighted with this purchase and I can't praise Super General enough- your team was professional and the machine is so quiet and works so well 🥰 Thank you 🤩

I bought this washing machine here in amazon, it was actually okay in physical but when we tried it the machine is keep on moving every time it will spin. we did everything already but still same. we tried to return it to amazon last august 9 they returned it sept. 1 so its more than 14 days already before they returned it. When they returned it the person who deliver it to us is in a hurry he didnt let us check first the machine. so when we are about to try it the washing that we returned in good as new and they returned to us so many scratches and nub is not working to. so i returned it again and ask for a refund. just waiting when they will transfer our money back to my amazon aacount.

In the first cycle faced shaking, loud sound and moving from it's place issue.By reading the manual came to know that we didn't removed the transportation bolts.After Removing bolts and by fixing the level from adjustable legs all issues fixed.Its good to use. Sound is normal no any shaking issue..

I was initially concerned about the negative reviews but still went ahead with the purchase considering the positive reviews that stated the machine does not move while operation if installed correctly. Here to confirm that this is the case. Had the machine installed by the super general staff and have faced no issues ever since. Would recommend for an individual or a small family (2-3 members) as the drum size is limited (still perfect for the price). One point to note is that the machine is not completely quiet and does make the usual noise while operation (A bit loud for me since I live in a studio apartment with the machine in my kitchen). I just run it when I’m not doing something that requires me to focus all that much. Overall would recommend at this price point.

Frankly, I planned to cancel the order after seeing the negative reviews on installations and sub standard quality , but luckily I didn't cancel, becoz I know ,I wont get at this price, so i'll manage even if the product is cheap. Also, I was terrified whether, I will get the free timely installation or not, because mostly people were grumbling about delayed installations etc. and service centre not picking the calls etc. But to my shock when the product reached to my door step the quality is superb and secondly the technician called me within an hour and did the installation. So people those who are writing the review do no know their case but for me it is perfect and smooth. Hallelujah

This is the worst product I have bought in my life.Here are the list of problems:1. Too much shaking while spinning.2. Spinning stopped working on second day and customer care is asking 150 AED for fix even if it’s in warranty.3. Customer care in Dubai is not accepting warranty from Amazon.4. Washing machine door is locked from 2 days and it’s not opening and I have tried all ways.5. Not able to use this washing machine on second day. Will try to return it but clothes are Stuck inside.

Product is good and working perfectly. However the services of Amazon and Super General was very poor . It took almost 2 days to get the invoice and 4 days for installation after delivery. And that after so many follow-up. Better to buy appliances which requires installation, directly from outlter or shops rather than buying online.

We’ve been using Super General Washing Machine for 6years now, so when out old machine is not working already we didn’t hesitate to buy same brand.For those people whose complaining about the loud noise, you guys didn’t read the manual for sure. You have to remover 4 screws at the back of the machine. Those are transportation security screws. Once you removed, there are 4 caps including in the machine that can close those 4 holes.Product is good and brand is tested. Other similar products are more expensive cause you’re buying the name brand. Super General is also good one but not hard on your pocket.Highly recommended!
