Great Concept, but Limited Resistance
The device is well-designed, compact, and easy to use. It's portable, making it convenient to take it with you wherever you go. However, where this product falls short is in the level of resistance it provides. For individuals seeking a substantial challenge to improve wrist and forearm strength, the maximum resistance offered by this developer may not be sufficient. I found myself outgrowing the resistance quickly and wishing for more intensity to push my workouts further.

Way better than expected
I saw this thing on tiktok and thought that there is like a 50% chance of this. Just being a piece of garbage. I lost all my muscle mass due to Guillain-Barre syndrome and I'm slowly getting it back. My forearms and hands are some of the last pieces of the puzzle slowly returning. So far this thing has been perfect for helping strengthening my forearms. If you are completely able-bodied I don't know how much this will help you but I'm confident it will. If you're disabled like me and your muscles are starting from practically nothing. This thing is extremely helpful. Buy it!
