Excellent , delivery and fixing on time , product is very nice.

It is a good product for the price. I reduced one star because of the poor assembly of the pre installed chain system. It was a bit hard to pedal even at zero tension. After one month of use, the pedals locked up. I opened the covers to find that the nuts holding the wheel axle had loosened and the rotation sensor was rotating with the axle and broke the wire close to the sensor. I opened the sensor and found that the reed switch was broken. Luckily I had a door alarm which uses the same type of reed switch and I soldered the new reed switch to fix it. It worked like a charm. I am an engineer so I could do it, but the good news is that the company is responsive and when I contacted them, the technician offered to come to my house and fix it. Due to COVID I didn't want any visitors so, he sent me the video of the assembly. I was able to fix it myself and it is way better than before. The technician also informed me of support in future for parts and service. There is a small misalignment issue with the pedal which is not good for a rotating machine but it could be just with this one piece. The company does support with service so that is the good part.

It’s a great machine and the price is very reasonable, it’s simple and easy to use, would highly recommend if you have a lower budget.

This item was extremely difficult to assemble and the screw were the wrong size. Especially on the long bar that holds the feet units. This leaves a massive gap that makes the unit unstable. I had to Jerry rig it by adding a batch of nuts to tighten the bar. But it is unsafe because the screw only went in 1/2 cm and will eventually fail. Even the screw heads hrequired different size Allen keys on both sides of the bar. One side required an Allen key size which was not supplied. I don’t reccomend that you buy this product.

First impressions: Firstly, this item was delivered partially assembled and was brilliantly packed! I have an engineering degree and was just amazed at how carefully the manufacturer had packed the items within the shipping box. Every item was carefully wrapped in either a polystyrene cover or plastic sheet or a cardboard box. Nice work! What's in the box? The shipping kit includes all of the tools you'll need to assemble the machine and even included a couple of AA batteries to power the machine's computer! On my own, it took me 2.5 hours to assemble the machine. The instructions are very logical but the writing on the manual was very small. If you like assembling Lego Technics or building your own furniture, you might find you enjoy assembling the machine. Using the machine: The machine itself is not suited for anyone heavier than 110kg. Its has a higher centre of gravity than the machines you find in gyms. The bicycle function is only suited to people who are average height (maybe 5' 8") because the seat does not rise high enough to enable a taller person to fully extend their legs. This is OK but don't buy the machine if you want a professional cycle trainer or spinning experience. The machine generates a bit of noise so, don't expect a gym-like experience. All in all, a great buy. Well recommended for someone who wants to start out with a small machine in their home during the Covid-19 lockdown period.

First products Bolts we're not fixing properly and unable to assemble the product. Amazon provided replacement. I fixed the new product yesterday. Assembly for perfect. Heart sensors are not accurate, time and speed are not correct. The product is not sturdy enough, however I will revisit my comments after one or two months of usage.

Some cons, first: -Was a bit confusing to assemble (they only deliver) but most of the components are pretty assembled so at most you have to unassemble and reassemble parts the way they are. - the parts require almost constant tune ups (you have to tighten some parts after only 30mins-60mins of use to prevent clacking noises. -the pedals are not comfortable for barefoot (very important for In-Home machines because most people aren't going to wear their shoes around the house even to exercise -bike seat is wobbly, noisy and uncomfortable. May have to order a seat from another seller with cushion Pros: - I works - you can remove the handlebars (elliptical portion) and just use it as a bike. It's sleeker that way, you can sit, and just pedal while you watch TV. Plus, the elliptical handle bars were the part that needs to be tightened the most often so it saves you a lot of hassle -does not take up much room at all! Surprisingly small - can help you track distance/calories etc - easy to increase resistance - the body/frame is a good height. I attached a couple towel hooks to hold my phone on it so I could watch stuff while I work out and if the frame was a bad size I would have trouble seeing the screen but I dont. It's a good height - good value
