Is it safe to do weighted on these? Such as barbell squats or deadlifts?

Yes, I use these for squats with the barbell all the time to elevate my heels. For deadlifts I’ve use the wedges the opposite way to elevate my toes/front of my feet while keeping my heels grounded (reinforces the hinge for better hip extension). I use it more for barbell squats than deadlifts.

Yes they will. Elevating your heels will Put more emphasis on your quads when squatting. If you have trouble keeping your heel flat on the ground when squatting, this will help you.
