Mine came in a sealed box. Authentic. First time ever purchased was from Sephora and this one was identical to that box/bottle and scent.

What's the different this and the normal noir ?

The extreme will do well in cold temperatures and the noir does better in warm temperatures. The extreme is more popular and has more spice to it. It's like the comparison between spicebomb (popular) and spicebomb fresh (summer time).
