I am a True Believer in the Thorne CP. Combined with Berberine, my Type 2 numbers have dwindled considerably to waking up to 118-129 numbers. I’ve even been getting 6+ hours of sleep. I don’t eat nor drink anything after 830 PM. Plus I go to bed about 1030, this allows my body to stabilize and process what it needs in order for the vitamins to work. Eat early if you can before 8 everyday. Drink lemon water with your meal. I can’t speak for everyone else, but it has worked wonders for me!
