No more bloating
Excellent protein powder! The taste took a little getting used to, but now I enjoy it. I love that it has added greens for an extra nutritional boost. Most importantly, it doesn’t make me feel bloated like whey protein. This was the main reason I made the switch to vegan protein, and I’m glad I did. It mixes well in smoothies or just with almond milk. Clean ingredients, no weird aftertaste, and gentle on my stomach. I will definitely repurchase!

Must use a blender or mixer....READ about my mistake!
I tried to shake it inside a travel cup filled with water and crushed ice....just please dont do that. The powder got stuck all up inside the top and turned into a thick, sticky paste. It was a huge mess and very difficult to remove. I blended it next, with water and crushed ice-- although it mixed well without clumps, it doesnt like ice! What do I mean? I mean use 100% cold water at total volume and pour it OVER extra ice if you want it colder. The ice just doesnt blend with the liquid and floats on top. The mixture thickens itself and if you measure water and ice together, you end up with a too-thick shake, that will not blend and wont fit through a straw. When I finally got it right, I was highly satisfied. The vanilla comes through and I like that the ingredients are simple. It still tastes like a protein shake and for me, too sweet. I dont like artificial sweeteners at all, even stevia, but I knew that before I bought it. It is filling and cuts hunger. It benefits from adding fruit or other flavors. As a new diabetic, I am still figuring things out. I love that this is low carb!!! This protein shake DOES stave off hunger. I'm using it as a breakfast meal and I find it satisfying.

Tastes pretty bad
I’m very confused how people thought that this protein powder tasted good. It tastes horrible. Like even bad for vegan protein. I had a lot of hope buying it but it was a big disappointment. I just can’t wait to finish it. :’(
