Worth buying. Best quality. Useful

It works very well, heats up fast, but cools down a bit slow. it is easy to clean, however, after a few uses some stains started to appear on the surface.

Very good simple, reliable and fairly priced product

I am writing to formally report a dangerous failure of my Geepas cooktop (Model: GIC6131 which occurred on 26 February 2026 at approximately 11 pm. While I was using the appliance for routine cooking, the ceramic glass surface suddenly and violently shattered without any impact or misuse. The glass didn't just crack; it burst across the entire surface, sending shards onto the counter and floor. It continued to throw shards across the kitchen counter even 20 minutes after we shut everything down. The impact of this incident includes: • Physical Danger: I was standing directly in front of the unit when it exploded. I have suffered minor injuries from the shards as they were spread across the floor of my kitchen and Living room as We have an open window towards the living room and significant respiratory distress from the immediate shock. • Emotional Trauma: The violence of the failure has left me shaken and fearful of using similar appliances in my home. • Property Damage: The unit is a total loss, and my meal and several pieces of cookware were contaminated with glass shards. Based on the nature of the break—shattering completely while under normal thermal load—this appears to be a significant manufacturing defect or a failure in the tempered glass quality. This poses a severe fire and laceration risk to any consumer owning this model. I raised a complaint with the team but no action was taken on this issue.

We purchased this single burner on 6 May 2024 while on sale and since then we are using this almost daily till now and still working. It is powerful more safer to use than lpg burner. Highly recommended. Down side is you cannot unplug it until it cools down. And it is single burner. But price wise i guess this better.

Very good. Better than prestige. Faster heating and efficient.

It does its job and works fine for basic use. It can boil water, but I noticed the heat is mostly concentrated in the center, so bubbles form mainly in one spot instead of across the whole surface. It’s not as fast or powerful as I expected. Maybe it works better with thicker-bottom pots, but with regular cookware the heating feels uneven. Overall still usable, just don’t expect very strong or even heating.

5 stars for this product! highly recommend, fast heat and easy to operate!.. better than my old impex electric stove.
