Great product, it is the same high quality battery of the ring, great for charging while your other battery is being used, and doing a quick swap when the battery used has no charge

Always buy from ring directly.
This ring battery pack is not the original battery it seems. Ever since I installed this battery my ring bell has been giving trouble. When I use my original battery it works well.
