This is my first flan pan and I love it I have made several cakes with toppings and they make a beautiful presentation. I spray the pan with Pam and when I flip the cake over it always comes out perfect.

These are hard to find in the US, and necessary for making certain fruit pies/tarts. It works really well, but is made of thin material and bends if you bump it too hard.
