I had several clicks that stopped working, even after changing the batteries. I purchased the Mudder clock replacement kit and was able to repair all of them. Make sure you measure the center shaft so that you get a proper fit. It’s been over a year now, and all the clocks are still working.

The clock works performed as advertised. The clock hands were a bit flimsy but did the job.

I've had other clock kids of higher quality (and price) but this one is just median and not great, pretty meh. Simple tweaks to the design would make it better: The Negatives- First, the watch hands are pretty flimsy. This, like my other negative just needs a little more and this should earn 5 stars. I accidentally bent some hands with virtually 0 force while they're sitting in my lap. Unnoticed the hands would have collided against each other. It just needs a slightly thicker metal to resist this, like fractions of a mm thicker or one metal grade stronger. The clock hands feel about as stiff as three sheets of aluminum foil fit stacked together to give you an idea. Second, the hole cutouts for the minute hand was off from the factory. Hour and second hands went on without issue but I had to remove/reinstall the minute hand (and second hand) several times. I noted hole for the minute hand needs to be about 0.1-0.25mm wider and then it would set in without issue. I expanded mine with an appropriate drill bit that was just slightly wider and then it fit without issue but...I shouldn't have to do this as it's the factory's fault and a waste of my time. Pluses-It does what it seems to be made for, and keeps good time so far. Two of the units for the price of one competitor is OK but know that there's caveats as-is, which will cost your time. Like the quote on the clock I made "The quality, not the longevity of one's life is what's important" -MLK I feel like this hurt this quality of my life so I'm 50/50 if I even want to buy another kit if the quality is the same.

My apologies for no photo with this review, as my husband was so upset when we got these, he turned right around and brought them to the drop off center to return. I am an artist, and I made two really cool clocks I have been working on for a LONG while & gold hands were going to be the best fit with the clock colors. This seemed like an excellent deal, the reviews weren't across-the-board horrid, and there were different choices of hand shapes. The box it came in from the manufacturer was quite sturdy and undamaged, so I was a bit taken aback when I opened it and every single hand was bent; three were actually scratched up. We're not talking a little curve here (yes, I know they're aluminum and not steel, lol) we're talking unfixable bends and "kinks". I suppose it's possible I just got a bad batch, or perhaps the person packing them was bored and having a bad day & took it out on these innocent clock hands, but, honestly..... If you want to give them a go, they'd be really pretty "unbent", and hopefully you'll fare better than I did.

This was an ideal replacement to keep my treasured clock going. Easy to attach and worth every penny
