I take this product for keeping my cholesterol within normal range. I take this once a day with organic garlic twice a day and the last tie I had my cholesterol checked all is well. I will continue to take this great product for the rest of my life. And I love Integrative Therapeutics products as I consider them a "pure" ingredient. Better than the off the shelf niacin with a lot of glucose added in for pill formulation.
