I have dysphagia for liquids sometimes. This works great for thickening iced tea. I have not tried for any other purpose as my problem seems to only occur in the evenings.

I cannot rate the flavor since I am not the person that has to use it. It is easy to use however the amount you have to use depends on what you are putting it into to thicken it. It also seems to depend on if it is cold or not so start with a little less than what they say and work up to the thickness you want.

This package came two days late and only contained one carton. This was a 2-Pack order. We did receive a refund for the one that never arrived.

My only beef with this is….after mixing it settles and don’t thicken very good. So you have to let it sit a while then mix again. You need to be careful because my inlaw ended up having getting pneumonia after drinking this. They said it was from willing water( said the thickener does not always thicken correctly) to let it sit for a longer time then mix again.Worst part is if not drank fast enough it gets so thick like pudding just gross. I have tried different thickeners and honestly this is the best one so far.

Two canisters was a months supply for one client. It is a good product and works well with most foods.

My vet recommended this product for my dog Lucas. He has megaesophagus and can't drink plain water like normal dogs. Thick it makes the water slightly thicker for him to slurp up. It has done wonders for him!
