This is a quality ice pack device. It gets nice and cold, and it stays cold for a long time, allowing it to be very effective. I have found it easy to use. I also use the ice pack alone to ice other places. The pain relief is great. I think it is a good value too. I would buy this one again.

This works but not quite how i'd prefer. It doesn't fit me quite right and I have to use a clip to hold it in place (not included). It also sweats a lot when it thaws out which I haven't experienced with similar products. So while I love the idea i'm not entirely sold on this ones execution.

Great size and easy to use and clean. I love that it gets so cold when kept in the freezer but gel stays flexible. Works well on shoulders, neck and lower back! Super soft and thick. Great value for the price!

I gave it 3 stars because it didn't work of my application which is how it's pictured. It doesn't wrap around your neck and shoulders in a way that makes good contact after it's been in the freezer for hours. It becomes ridge and just slides off my back. Doesn't fit the contour of my back neck n shoulders.It would be perfect to wrap around a knee or arm or drapp over one shoulder.

I used this after a spinal fusion. It worked amazingly! No slipping around because it snapped in place. It’s flexible enough that it doesn’t pinch or scratch you. It didn’t leak or sweat on the bedding. I ordered two to keep in rotation. This was an absolute lifesaver!!!
