Lighter than expected! Great trolley, yet to use it but purchased for a family member who struggles to carry heavy items back when shopping. I love the fact it has a pocket to put a bottle of water, an umbrella pocket and additional pockets at the front and back. I like that it’s waterproof, really easy to set up and put the wheels on. It feels durable and like that it’s waterproof. Plenty of space to put shopping and easy to use. I like the large wheels that will be silent on the tarmac yet sturdy enough for the trolley.

Good quality shopping trolley . Very easy to assemble, very lightweight and good sized insulated shopping bag . Ergonomic handlebars and easy rolling wheels , who are silent. Very pleased with it and recommended.

Bought this trolley to replace a similar one that lasted two years daily use carrying my gear to our local beach for sea swimming. I like that it's lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. It is also good and roomy, with handy drinks pockets my previous one lacked and a proper buckle fastening to secure the flap. The trolley appears reasonably sturdy though I notice the material around the drawstring pull cord is already beginning to fray. I paid a bit more for the Hoppa trolley thinking it would be superior quality but it seems the same as my old one in that regard. It does have better wheel fixings though, and it was those that failed on my previous one so we'll see. I registered purchase for the guarantee and the trolley was £10 cheaper than on here, annoyingly!

(Wife writing on hubby's account) This is my first shopping trolley ever. I'm 40 years old and due to a health condition I find myself with hardly any energy anymore. I'd been toying with the idea of getting one of these wheeled shopping bags and my latest trip to the shops confirmed I should get one. I can shuffle there and back just fine but carrying bulky/heavy bags back with me is now a stretch. So I looked online for a while to find the right one for me. I'm 5' 10 so wanted a taller one so I don't have to stoop when pulling it along. At 95cm tall this one seemed a good height. I nearly settled for a cheaper one but upon looking at those reviews the bag didn't seem to be attached very well to the frame and kept either blowing all over the place when empty or the top flap was reported to undo under strain when full etc etc... So I looked a bit more and found this one. It had good reviews and seemed to be more attached to the frame, aswell as most importantly: being tall enough! It took about 3 days to arrive and came in a box which was as tall as the trolley but fairly flat. The first thing I noticed pulling it out was that it really was very lightweight. The wheels were in a separate little bag. In order to assemble you just yank the little black ends off the axel and push the wheels on in their place. There is a step by step picture instructions card to follow to make sure. Once the wheels are on you push the frame out into place and that's it. Upon inspection of the bag itself, I was very impressed and more excited than I should be about all the little pockets and straps. Especially against some of the negative points on other models. The bag itself is insulated and securely attached to the frame so it will stay in place even when the bag is empty. The main compartment has a toggle closing and also a long flap over the top. It is secured by a strap with a snap fastener (I dunno what they're called but you can see in the picture) so you know it's not going anywhere with a full load or bit of wind. There are also two additional pockets on the front, one insulated with a toggle fastening under the flap (great for bottles). There is also a flat, zipped compartment on the other side for any other bit and pieces. Additional features of the bag are a carry handle on the side like a duffel bag and two plastic loops for a shoulder strap (provided). So it looks like you can also take it off the frame and carry it about as an independent bag. Like I said, I am a bit stupidly excited about this new shopping trolley. But I didn't think I would find one so practical and cool. And it is the actual height as advertised and a very comfortable height to pull along. I guess I was expecting to be let down in some way and am very happy to report that I wasn't. This seems a very good bit of kit and I can now shuffle my backside to the local shops and bung my stuff in my little baggy and pull it home without fear of passing out as soon as I get there. Marvellous!

Men don't use shopping trolleys! Or so I thought before carrying heavy shopping bags home and needing to walk quite a long distance from the bus stop to my front door. I decided that the time had come to stop being self-conscious and buy a shopping trolley (much to the delight of my daughter who has been telling me for years I needed one). This arrived boxed (thankfully) and the trolley itself was wrapped in a thick plastic. A sheet of instructions was enclosed but all that is needed is to pop on the wheels (large and chunky), pull the front section down, open the velcro fastener at the bottom of the back and attach it around the bottom tube, and that was it! There was no squeaks or noise from the wheels and the whole trolley was much lighter in weight than I expected. With so many trolleys to select from on Amazon I decided to check-out some independent reviews online and the Hoppa brand always seemed to be mentioned for quality and value. When I saw this particular trolley also had a lining to help keep frozen/chilled food cold, I was hooked - mostly because I bought shopping bags from Amazon with this insulated lining and it works perfectly. I did like the sensible inclusion of storage pockets - a wide, zipped pocket at the back, with a velcro fastened pocket and a cord fastening pocket (designed for a water bottle) at the front. There is also the option to store an umbrella but I don't think this will be of much use unless the owner uses a brolly with a long metal tip. Having planned a shopping trip to an out-of-town retail centre, I put this trolley to its first test - a lengthy walk along uneven pavement to the bus stop. No problems there although I did think I needed "L" plates until I got used to pulling the trolling along in a straight line. Easy to get on and off the bus and - well, not so easy going around a large supermarket since their trolleys do not have any means of holding a shopping trolley. Not to worry, for my first adventure - and strangely getting quite a few intrigued looks as if no one had ever seen a man with a shopping trolley before! - I succeeded in almost filling the 42L capacity bag, making sure I packed it correctly with frozen and heavy items at the bottom. That was just a "top-up" shop for me (plus a few treats) and I was amazed how heavy the trolley was with just that little bit of shopping - which definitely explained why I have been struggling carrying heavy bags home. All in all, I couldn't fault the trolley - or the experience. It was easy getting on and off the bus, easy to pull the trolley along on the footpath, and when I arrived home all the food that needed to remain chilled or frozen was in perfect condition. Not only that, I didn't have aching arms! I liked everything about this trolley, the appearance, the strength of the fabric, the perfect height of the handle, and definitely the price, especially considering it is fully lined with an insulating material. I will certainly be using this trolley now for all larger shopping trips and wonder now why I have been struggling so long carrying heavy bags when there was no need at all.

A really nice, lightweight trolley. Holds plenty, easy to pull along even when full of shopping. Handle is comfortable to hold. It's a pity the umbrella holder on the side isn't a bit wider as I had hoped it would hold my walking stick. I can, however, fit my folding stick into one of the front pocket. Pleased with my purchase.

Very pleased with this sturdy-enough shopping trolley, which I've now had for several months and used a lot to carry heavy things home from the supermarket. It's not bad looking in the corner where I have to stow it, and it has a good amount of space, while still being light enough for me to push the shopping trolley while pulling this. It could use a little more space, but no complaints otherwise.

I bought this shopping trolley because it is fully insulated - ideal for fresh food products, and it is for this reason I'll be keeping it. However, it does look cheap and the handle and wheels are plasticky with crude seams. The one across the handle is rough to the touch and I suspect I'll be needing some sort of sleeve over it. However it is lightweight and hopefully it will be as sturdy as is claimed.

Ich benutze diesen Wagen ca seit 2/3 Wochen und bin echt begeistert von der Guten Verarbeitung und Wie viel man zu Fuß ganz easy ohne schweres tragen. Es gibt ein Henkel an der Seite mit dem man den Hacken Porsche auch problemlos in die 3te Etage kriegt, je nach Alter natürlich. Super robust und auf jedenfall was für Personen, die zu Fuß einkaufen gehen und ordentlich was mitkriegen wollen.
