Well thought out and produced.
The creators did their homework on this one. It's complex, but intuitive, with each part fitting well and the whole model being very sturdy. The instructions are (sadly, online) easy to understand. One can find lots of fan videos on how to paint. White glue for a few parts and tight, even fitting for the rest make me think it will sustain a drop from table height. Certainly it will stand up to regular gaming for many years. As a model builder for over fifty years, I appreciate the thinking that went into this one. Will (have) bought more from TowerRex.

easy assembly
This was the easiest MDF building/terrain I've ever assembled. The pieces fit together almost seamlessly, the places it didn't were easily putty filled. The paddle wheel actually works, I added realistic water effect onto the cutout for the wheel. Highly recommended terrain piece.

Excellent details
Up to the usual excellent standards of Towerrex, this water mill went together fast and easy. As an added OMG, the water wheel does work and it drives a set of gears and mill pieces for a working mill on the interior. Highly recommended.
