I have read much regarding the anti inflammatory benefits of Tumeric for many conditions. I have arthritis which has worsened with age and wear and tear. Some years ago I tried a supplement that had black pepper in it which is beneficial but my G.I. system was unable to tolerate it. Finding this brand without pepper encouraged me to try Tumeric once more. The dosage on this is three times a day which does add an extra 90 calories of sugar dietary wise. The peach flavor is natural according to the label and is really good! I must say it truly taste just like a fresh peach. After my second full week on this supplement I can truthfully say I feel like it’s helping relieve some of the discomfort from arthritis which is good. Inflammation is the root cause of so many medical issues anything that reduces it is a plus in my estimation so I do plan to buy again and continue taking it.

I like these a lot. If you have ever taken regular turmeric pills you know how they are huge and have some aftertaste. These taste excellent and are easy to chew with no aftertaste. These will be my go to from now on.

I know it has sugar, but not that much, at least not to be of concern to me. I never purchased the chewable or gummies, it just seemed like a sugar pill, but I purchased this turmeric to try it, I don't know if it is coincidence, then again coincidence don't exist, but after taking them my back feels so much relaxed, not only that no more bloating and digestion improves. It makes sense because the back is where the spine is located and is those little nerves in the back that sends the signals to the organs and muscles, (I learned this from my chiro) so now that my back is relaxed my digestion has improved. Another note, I checked the company, and they seemed clean and transparent as far as I can tell. The gummies taste very good and no stomach upsets

I love the taste and I felt eager to take these every morning. I felt a little better than usual but not a miracle cure for sure. But overall a good buy.
