Any cream can be called an anti ageing cream if it has a sun block in it.

Will this cream help with crepey skin

It does indeed.
I have bad eczema and it is great on that.
BUT, I have found that Aveeno works a lot better and is a better cost as well. You'd want the dark blue one: Skin Relief Moisturiser.
It sinks in much more nicely than First Aid Beauty, and tends to last longer for very dry skin.
I also put it on when I come out of the shower, squeezing the dampness off of my skin, and then applying the cream. It helps to keep the moisture in much longer and really sink into the skin.
