I bought this as a last attempt to help my hormonal acne. I have now been taking these pills twice a day for a week. Unfortunately I can’t really speak on how they’ve affected my acne because I was on my period post my second dose of Pfizer, so everything was whack this week but I WAS NOT READY for spry bedroom energy! I feel like I’m 21 again. In regard to easing PMS symptoms and acne, I drank maca tea for about 3 months before getting the capsules and I did see a huge difference in the past. Mind you all, I do not trust supplements and non-traditional medicine the way I trust medicine but WOW. Maca is truly amazing.

This product is the truth. I rarely write reviews,but I had to make an exception for this product. Maca has given me extra stamina, mental clarity, clearer skin, sexual energy and reduced my overeating. Great natural energy as well. Its also helped me strengthen my muscles and gain some agility.

Great value! Best deal I’ve found on this combination of herbs. Easy to swallow capsule, really helped with issues that began after my hysterectomy caused a sudden drop in hormones. This is the best combination I’ve found to help with all the symptoms of early menopause.

This is the 5th or 6th bottle of Maca that I have bought and I would recommend it if you need a boost in energy or libido. I have tried other brands and think this one is the best. Amazon hasn’t been out of it so far. It is a capsule and easy to swallow. Give it a week or two to feel the full effect.

Nothing really to report after the first week or so. Pills are large and difficult to swallow so that's a negative as well. Felt slightly energetic and clear-headed but that wore off quickly. Advise you to take with food or else your stomach will not like it.

Helps engery walking

Gained weight within just two weeks of using this. I loved it so much I had my husband take them as well. It’s just been a week and we’ve seen some slight changes. It also increases his sex drive as well. Great product if you’re looking for an extra boost of energy, and increased sex drive or trying to gain some weight!!

I've been taking these for awhile and they're easy to swallow, help with getting sleep, improves mood, and they are good quality. There's no taste and they have made a huge difference in how I feel.
