This is such a great mat. Before I got this mat. I had a lot pain in my feet and legs. With the mat, I can stand the whole day if I needed to. It’s thicker than all of my coworkers’ mats and it feels nicer too. It’s not slippery and there has been no problems with my older clients having to step on it. I’ve had this mat for a long time now.

Perfect for my salon suite. These fit perfectly under my salon chair. It’s very comfortable, easy to clean and no tears so far. I would not say this is slip resistance as anyone can slip from wet product, if not cleaned, it overall very happy with it.

This mat is overall comfortable for prolonged standing. It's soft and the cushion/foam is thick enough for what it's designed to do. It is relatively easy to clean/wipe off/sweep. It will help protect your floors from hair color and other stains that naturally drip during application. I took 1/2 a star away from the pictures in the description being just a little misleading. It looks like the foam in the mat goes almost if not all the way to the edge where it meets the floor, where in reality it tapers at least an inch to an inch and a half from the edge. I took the other 1/2 star off because the seams on the back look a little hastened and could be a potential failure point in the future. Time will tell how strong the seams really are. As of now I am pleased with the purchase and will update this accordingly should the need arise.

I work in a barbershop/salon and the space I use is not very big so I went with the round half circle mat. Definitely best to utilize for small spaces where big square mats can’t fit. The cushion on the mat is incredible with lots of support and not too much either. I felt like maybe the mat would bevel because it came rolled up in a tight box but after a couple hours, it was flush with the floor. I even tried to kick it up and it was difficult to do so. Best for those who trip easily. Also, I have a terrible back and I need support to make sure my back doesn’t ache at the end of the day. Safe to say that this may does the job well. Definitely worth the buy!

Great make for a barbershop. Be careful where you purchase a matting. I would not recommend any from Shire Goods.
